Return & Refund Policy – Deep Roots Collective

At Deep Roots Collective, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Worn or washed garments

Exchanges (Recommended)
If your item does not fit or you need a different size, we offer exchanges instead of refunds.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have started and cancellation is not guaranteed.
